August 2026 Recap: Ready-made Sections, Pabbly Connect, and More

4 mins read

August was a big month for Klasio. We focused on one simple goal: making it easier to run your academy with less manual work.

This month, we shipped Ready-made Sections, Pabbly Connect integration, native SCORM support, automatic student badges, GDPR account erasure, and a cookie consent banner.

Some features help you save hours. Others help you avoid tedious tasks, reduce admin work, or stay on top of important requirements. Together, they make Klasio a faster, simpler, and more powerful platform for running your academy.

Here’s everything we shipped in August.

Build Pages Faster With Ready-made Sections

If you have ever stared at a blank page in the builder wondering where to start, this one is for you. Click Browse Sections and you get 50 finished designs to pick from, sorted into categories like Hero, About, Blog, FAQ, and Call to Action. Drag one onto your page, swap in your own text and images, and it is live. A landing page that used to eat an afternoon now comes together before your coffee gets cold.

Connect Klasio to Your Other Tools With Pabbly Connect

Your academy does not run alone. You have a CRM, an email tool, maybe a WhatsApp workflow, and until now you were the bridge between them and Klasio. Not anymore. Add a webhook under Settings > API & Webhooks, and Klasio sends every new enrollment, course completion, and certificate to your Pabbly Connect workflow the moment it happens. Your CRM updates itself. Your welcome email goes out on its own.

It works the other way too. Create an API token, choose what it can do, such as Create Student and Enroll Student, and paste it into your workflow. Now a signup form or a payment page can enroll students directly. Someone pays at midnight, and they are in the course before you wake up.

Bring Your SCORM Courses Into Klasio

If you build courses in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring, you already know the pain. Your best content lived in one place, your academy lived in another, and moving it over meant rebuilding every lesson by hand. Klasio now reads SCORM packages natively. Upload the package your authoring tool exports, and it runs inside your course alongside your other lessons. The content you already paid to make is ready to sell today.

Award Badges to Your Students Automatically

Students love being recognized, and you love it when they stay motivated. Now Klasio handles that for you. Go to Settings, then Badges, and click Create Badge. Give it a name and an image, pick a trigger like Course Complete, and set how many times it has to happen. From then on, the badge goes out the moment a student earns it, with no email from you. Earned badges show up in a new Badge column on your Students page, so you can spot your most engaged students at a glance.

Show Assignment Instructions on the Submission Page

Here is a small one that fixes an annoying problem. Your students used to read the assignment instructions in the lesson, jump to the submission page, forget a requirement, and scroll back to check. Now the instructions sit right above the submission editor, on the same screen where they write their answer. Fewer half-finished submissions land in your review queue, and your students spend their energy on the work instead of the navigation.

More Control Over Student Data and Privacy

Two updates here, and both matter if you teach anyone in the EU. First, you can now permanently erase a student’s account and personal data from inside Klasio. When a student asks you to delete their data under GDPR, you handle it in one action instead of digging through your records by hand.

Second, your academy can now show a cookie consent banner. Until a visitor accepts, tracking stays off on both the client and the server. A lot of banners only hide the scripts while tracking runs anyway. Ours actually stops it, which is what GDPR expects and what your visitors deserve.

We Listen to You

From the start, we built Klasio to help experts, teachers, and creators, so technical hurdles never stop you.

If these updates make your work easier, a review on G2 would mean a lot to us. Your honest feedback keeps us building and helps us make Klasio better for you.
