We also wanted the traffic to flow the other way. Create an API token under Settings > API & Webhooks, pick the actions it is allowed to perform, such as Create Student and Enroll Student, and drop that token into your Pabbly Connect workflow. That is the whole setup.

Now a signup form, a payment page, or any tool in your stack can add students to your courses directly. Someone pays on your checkout page at 2 a.m., and they are enrolled and on the course’s student list before you wake up. No manual enrollments, no spreadsheet of “people to add later.”
