September was a big month for Klasio. We focused on one simple goal: helping more people find, buy, and stick with your courses, wherever they live and however they pay.
This month, we shipped Community, a complete affiliate program, and four new payment gateways: Paystack, PayFast, Xendit, and EPS. The gateways open your checkout to buyers in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Côte d’Ivoire, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Bangladesh, using the payment methods they already reach for every day.
Some of these updates keep your students talking and learning together inside your academy. Others put new people to work selling for you, or remove the last thing standing between a buyer who has already decided and a finished order. They all end the same way: a busier academy and more sales on your dashboard.
Here’s everything we shipped in September.
Build Your Own Student Community Inside Klasio

Until now, if you wanted your students talking to each other, you had to send them to a Facebook group or a Discord server, away from your brand and your courses. Community brings that conversation home, into your academy.
Go to Community > Communities and click + New community. Make it Open for anyone, Paid for paying customers, or Private for invite-only members, and link it to the courses or products it belongs with.
Organize discussions into channels, from open threads to admin-only announcements. Members earn points for posting, commenting, and reacting, climb nine levels, and see where they stand on the leaderboard.
You stay in control. Make trusted members moderators, approve posts before they go live, and let Klasio hide any post that enough members report until you review it..
Turn Your Students Into Your Sales Team With Affiliate Management

You have probably had this happen already. A student finishes your course, loves it, and recommends it in a group chat you will never see. Two friends buy, the student gets nothing, and next time they don’t bother.
Now that student gets a referral link and a real reason to share it. Go to Sales > Affiliates > Settings and set your commission as a percentage or a fixed amount, with exceptions for low-margin products.
From there, the program runs on its own. A referred sale creates a commission, a refund reverses it, and the balance moves to Payouts once your waiting period ends.
You can also attach a coupon to an affiliate’s link, and Klasio shows you the worst-case math before you assign it. Reports > Affiliate Analytics then shows clicks, conversions, and commission cost side by side.
Sell to Students Across Africa With Paystack

Until now, Klasio had no gateway built for Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, or Côte d’Ivoire. A buyer who had already decided reached your checkout, got asked for an international card they don’t own, and closed the tab. On your dashboard, it just looked like nobody in that region wanted your course.
Go to Settings > Payments, find Paystack, and click Connect. Students across all five markets can now pay with cards, bank transfer, USSD, and mobile money. The sale that used to die at the final step now goes through, and a market you had written off as quiet starts paying you.
Take Instant EFT and Local Wallets in South Africa With PayFast

South African buyers pay with EFT and local wallets far more often than with an international card. So your checkout was asking them for the one thing they were least likely to have, and the ones who couldn’t pay that way simply left.
Connect PayFast under Settings > Payments, and your South African students can pay by card, straight from their bank through Instant EFT, or with SnapScan, Zapper, and Mobicred. Already using Paystack in South Africa? Pick PayFast when your students lean toward EFT and local wallets rather than cards.
Reach Indonesia and the Philippines With Xendit

Klasio already reached Indonesia through Midtrans. The Philippines had nothing. A student in Manila who wanted your course landed on a checkout built around a card they may never have owned, and that was the end of the sale. You never heard about it, because a buyer who can’t pay doesn’t write in to tell you.
Go to Settings > Payments, find Xendit, and click Connect. Your checkout now offers e-wallets, virtual accounts, QRIS, and cards in both countries. QRIS covers the scan-to-pay crowd, virtual accounts cover buyers who settle through their bank, and e-wallets cover everyone paying from their phone.
Accept bKash, Nagad, and Rocket in Bangladesh With EPS

Most course buyers in Bangladesh don’t reach for a card first. Until now, covering the methods they do use meant connecting each one separately, and every wallet you skipped was an order that never happened.
EPS puts cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and internet banking behind a single connection. Go to Settings > Payments, find EPS, and click Connect. Your students pay the way they pay for everything else, and you stop losing orders to a method you hadn’t set up yet.
In Case You Missed It
A few updates went live on the changelog in the first days of September. We covered them in our August recap, so here’s the short version:
- Pabbly Connect integration: Send enrollments, completions, and certificates to your other tools automatically, and let outside forms and checkouts create and enroll students in Klasio.
- Native SCORM support: Upload packages from Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring and run them inside your courses, no rebuilding required.
- GDPR account erasure and cookie consent: Erase a student’s account and personal data in one action, and show a consent banner that actually keeps tracking off until visitors accept.
