EzyCourse Review 2026: Features, Pricing & Klasio Comparison

EzyCourse review
14 mins read

You are probably here because EzyCourse promises every tool a course creator needs for $59 a month. That price is real, but it comes with conditions most buyers only see at checkout. This EzyCourse review walks you through them: the real monthly rate, the plan limits, the add-on costs, and what recent customers say after they pay.

Full disclosure: we build Klasio, a competing course platform. Keep that in mind as you read. To keep this fair, every price and claim below comes from a live page you can check yourself. We also point out where EzyCourse is the better choice. We last verified everything on October 14, 2026.

TL;DR

  • EzyCourse is a feature-heavy course platform with communities, email tools, and branded mobile apps.
  • The advertised $59 a month needs a full year paid upfront. The month-to-month rate is $97.
  • Lower plans cap coaching, digital products, and communities. DRM and native live classes are paid add-ons there.
  • Overall ratings are strong. Some recent 1-star Trustpilot reviews describe slow support after purchase.
  • EzyCourse’s review of Klasio dates to March 8, 2026, and they have not updated it since. Three of its four numbered drawbacks are now wrong. We show the dates below.
  • Klasio includes every feature on every plan from $49 a month. It also has a free plan. EzyCourse does not.

What Is EzyCourse?

EzyCourse is an all-in-one platform for selling courses, coaching, memberships, and digital products. It is a hosted platform, so there is nothing to install or maintain. One subscription covers your website, your community, and your email marketing. The higher tiers also include a branded mobile app.

EzyCourse is built for solo creators, coaches, and small academies that want to sell their knowledge without stitching six tools together. The company ships new features often and runs a Facebook group of over 3,200 members.

To be fair, the feature list is real. Their pricing page counts 48+ features across four plans. The problems start when you check which tier holds the features you came for. So let’s walk through the features first. Then we’ll look at what each plan really costs.

EzyCourse Features, the Honest Version

Here is what EzyCourse ships, and where each feature sits on the plan ladder. All of it comes from their own pricing table.

Course Builder With AI and SCORM

EzyCourse gives you unlimited courses on every plan. That is genuinely generous. You get an AI builder, drip content, assignments, quizzes with retake controls, certificates, and unlimited SCORM uploads. Video storage starts at 1TB on the entry plan. For pure course building, there is little to complain about.

Communities and Chat

The community is their flagship pitch. It works like a Facebook-style space on your own domain. The catch is the ladder. The Essential plan includes 2 communities with 5 channels each, plus 2 group chats. On Pro, direct messages only run between teacher and student. Private chat between all users needs the $199+ tiers.

Coaching and Appointments

Coaching exists on every plan, but the entry tier caps it hard. You get 1 coaching program, 20 active coaching clients, and 1 booking calendar. Cross 20 paying clients and you need an upgrade. Pro lifts that to 5 programs and 500 clients.

Email Marketing and Automation

Email is built in and metered. Essential includes 10,000 sends a month. Every extra 10,000 costs $30. Automation workflows are capped at 2 on Essential. As your list grows, your email bill grows on top of the subscription.

Branded Mobile Apps

This is their strongest card, so let’s be precise. Branded iOS and Android apps come free on the Unlimited and Elite tiers. On Essential and Pro, it is a paid add-on. The add-on costs $149 a month, or $119 a month billed yearly. A lifetime license costs $2,590. Their checkout shows these as discounts from $199, $179, and $2,990.

So the “free” app starts at $199 a month billed yearly. That is $2,388 paid upfront. At the monthly rate, the Unlimited plan costs $399.

That makes Essential plus the add-on the cheapest EzyCourse route to a branded app. It costs $246 a month on monthly billing. Billed yearly, it costs $178 a month. Their add-on also includes in-app purchases.

Klasio sells its branded app as a done-for-you service on any plan. Android costs $29 a month, iOS costs $49, and both together cost $59. Each option adds a $199 one-time setup fee. Our team builds and publishes the app in 2 to 4 weeks. See the details on our mobile app page.

Here is the honest math for both platforms on Klasio. Starter (49)plus both apps(59) comes to $108 a month. Your first year costs $1,495 with setup. The cheapest EzyCourse route costs $2,136 for the same year, paid on day one. That is Essential plus the app add-on, billed yearly. On monthly billing, it costs $2,952. Every Klasio account also gets a free student app at no extra cost.

Website Builder and Checkout

You get a no-code site builder, an AI page generator, one-click checkout, order bumps, and upsells. These are fine tools. Check the small print again, though. Essential allows 1 smart upsell per product and supports 1 currency. Multi-currency starts on Pro.

See the pattern? Almost every feature exists on every plan. But the version you need often lives one or two tiers up. Keep that in mind for the pricing section.

EzyCourse Pricing Explained: the Banner vs the Bill

The prices EzyCourse advertises are annual-billing prices. Monthly billing costs more, and their pricing page shows both when you flip the toggle. We checked both on October 14, 2026.

PlanBilled yearlyBilled monthlyPaid upfront for a year
Essential$59/mo$97/mo$708
Pro$139/mo$199/mo$1,668
Unlimited$199/mo$399/mo$2,388
Elite$299/mo$699/mo$3,588

Source: EzyCourse pricing.

Billed yearly means paying upfront. The $59 plan costs $708 on day one. Do you want to pay month to month while you test your course idea? Then the real entry price is $97. We wrote more about this trade-off in annual vs monthly subscriptions.

Then add the extras. DRM and native live classes cost extra below Unlimited. Email overages run $30 per 10,000 sends. The branded app adds $119 to $149 a month below the Unlimited plan. None of this is hidden. It just never shows up in the ads.

EzyCourse is a real, working platform. Its advertised price and its working price are simply two different numbers. You should prepare a budget for the second one, other wise it’ll be an unpleasant surprise

Where EzyCourse Genuinely Wins

An honest review names the wins. Here are theirs.

  • Unlimited courses on every plan, with no course caps anywhere.
  • 0% transaction fees on all plans.
  • Branded apps bundled into the $199+ tiers. Heavy app users on those plans pay nothing extra.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • A mature community product with events, group chats, and private chat on higher tiers.
  • A fast shipping pace that happy customers often praise.

Do you need a branded app today and fit comfortably in the $199+ tiers? Then EzyCourse is a genuine option. That part of their pitch holds up.

What EzyCourse Reviews Actually Say

Let’s start with the positives. EzyCourse has a 5.0 rating on G2 from around 40 reviews and about 4.8 on Capterra. Reviewers often praise its quick setup and helpful support team. Most reviewers are small businesses, which matches the platform’s target audience.

There are also a few concerns worth considering. Some recent 1-star Trustpilot reviews describe challenges that appeared after customers had paid for the service.

One reviewer, in December 2025, said their $180-per-month plan included VIP support, but their account was cancelled after they posted a critical review elsewhere. Another customer said they spent two months building a site, only to face payment failures for three days after launch. A third reviewer, in August 2026, felt the support experience was less helpful after the sale.

These reviews represent a small sample and do not reflect every customer’s experience. Many users appear satisfied with the platform. Still, your course platform plays a key role in managing content, students, and revenue. Before committing to an annual plan, take time to read recent reviews and check how the support team handles problems.

EzyCourse Reviewed Klasio. Here Is Our Fact-Check.

On March 8, 2026, EzyCourse published “Klasio Review 2026: Why It Falls Behind Its Competitors”. As of October 14, 2026, the page still shows that same date. It has no update since. You may land on it while you research, so here is how it holds up today. Every date below links to the Klasio changelog, where you can check it yourself.

Their numbered drawbacks, checked

Their “Drawbacks of Klasio” list has four numbered points. Three of them are now wrong.

Their claimWhat is trueDate
1. No community building toolsKlasio Community is live. Students get channels and a leaderboard inside your academy. You can run it free, paid, or private.September 30, 2026
2. No built-in email marketingKlasio shipped email automation templates and custom SMTP.January 20, 2026, six weeks before their post
3. Basic coaching, no native bookingTrue. Klasio coaching uses calendar tools like Calendly and Cal.com.Still true
6. Limited subscription featuresKlasio shipped a full student subscription module with trials, setup fees, and intro pricing.April 20, 2026

Yes, the list jumps from point 3 straight to point 6. We left their numbers as they are.

Other claims in their post

Klasio “cannot easily create high-converting marketing pages.” Our zero-code page builder launched in November 2025. In August 2026 we added 50 ready-made section designs. Testimonials, a Course Summary block, and Stape tracking support came later.

“No white-label mobile app yet” on the Business plan. Wrong at the time. The branded app has been sold as an add-on on any plan since 2025. Their own drawbacks list even quotes its price. Their post also describes Klasio’s iOS and Android app in one section. So the post says both things.

“Klasio has a free plan with very limited features.” They call this a harsh fact. The same post lists one con for EzyCourse: it has no free plan. Klasio’s free plan gives you 1 course and 50 students with no card. That is a test drive, and it costs $0.

25 courses only (This is hilarious!)” Starter is built for solo teachers launching their first academy. For one person, 25 courses is a big catalog. Publish a new course every month and you would still need more than two years to fill it. The plan also gives you 2,500 students, 10 instructors, and the same features as every other Klasio plan.

Every platform caps its entry plan somewhere. EzyCourse’s Essential plan allows 5 digital products, 1 coaching program, and 20 coaching clients. So the useful question is which limit you will hit first. Count the courses you plan to launch this year. If that number is under 25, the cap will never affect you. If you outgrow it, Growth gives you 250 courses for $79 a month.

What they got right

An honest fact-check names these too.

  • Coaching scheduling runs through calendar integrations. Klasio has no native booking engine yet.
  • An instructor mobile app is still marked “coming soon” on our pricing page.
  • The branded app does cost $59 a month plus $199 setup when you want both iOS and Android. Android alone costs $29 a month.

What has shipped since their post

Their review froze in March. Klasio did not. Since then we shipped student subscriptions, AI image generation, ready-made page sections, Pabbly Connect, native SCORM, GDPR tools, Paystack, affiliate management, Community, self-serve custom domains, order webhooks, and Zapier. Our September 2026 recap covers the biggest month. You can read the bigger picture in A Year and Beyond of Building Klasio.

A review that still calls itself “2026” should reflect 2026. We invite EzyCourse to update theirs. We will update this post whenever their pricing or features change.

EzyCourse vs Klasio: Which One Should You Pick?

Both platforms serve course creators. The right pick depends on what you need on day one.

Pick EzyCourse if you need native appointment booking today. It also fits if you want branded apps bundled into one bill and the $199+ tiers suit your budget.

Pick Klasio if you want the advertised price to be the real price. Klasio Starter costs $49 a month, billed monthly. It includes coaching, subscriptions, SCORM, Community, AI tools, gamification, and certificates. A free plan gives you 1 course and 50 students with no card needed. Upgrades buy capacity. Features stay the same on every plan.

On community, the gap has closed. Klasio Community launched on September 30, 2026. Your students now post, ask questions, and help each other inside your academy, with the same login they use for your courses. EzyCourse caps Essential at 2 communities. Need more? You pay for Pro or Unlimited.

How to Choose in Five Questions

  1. Can you pay a year upfront? If no, compare monthly rates only. That’s $49 against $97.
  2. Do you need a branded app in month one? Price both routes honestly. On monthly billing, compare EzyCourse Essential plus the app add-on at $246 a month against Klasio Starter plus apps at $108 a month.
  3. How many communities will you run? One or two fit both platforms. Several separate communities push EzyCourse buyers to Pro or above.
  4. How many coaching clients will you have in six months? More than 20 means EzyCourse Essential is already too small. Do you need students to book inside the platform? Then EzyCourse has the edge today.
  5. What happens if you need help in week three? Read each platform’s recent support reviews before deciding. Skip the homepage testimonials. Ours included.

Frequently Asked Question

Is EzyCourse legit?

EzyCourse is legit. It is a real company with strong ratings on G2 and Capterra and an active user community. Legit does not mean risk-free, though. Some recent Trustpilot reviews describe slow support after purchase. Read those reviews and their terms of use before you pay a year upfront. A 14-day trial is the safest way to test it first.

Can I get a refund from EzyCourse?

You can get a refund from EzyCourse within 30 days. Their pricing page promises a full money-back guarantee on every plan for that window. Did you pay a year upfront and change your mind after day 30? Check their terms before you expect a partial refund. Put a reminder in your calendar on the day you buy.

Does EzyCourse have a lifetime deal?

EzyCourse has offered lifetime access only through limited promos, such as their Elite Club offer. It is not a standing plan on their pricing page. Terms change, so verify the current offer on their site before buying. Klasio sells lifetime plans as a standing option from $1,499, with a 1% to 3% commission on sales.

Can I use my own domain on EzyCourse?

You can use your own domain on every EzyCourse plan, with SSL included. On Klasio, custom domains come with every paid plan from $49 a month. The free plan runs on a Klasio subdomain. Since October 6, 2026, you can connect your domain yourself in Klasio settings without a support ticket.

How hard is it to move my courses off EzyCourse?

Moving your courses off EzyCourse is easier than it sounds. Klasio offers free migration with a real person on our team. You keep your old platform running until you verify that everything moved correctly. Book a call and we map your courses, students, and files before anything switches.

The Bottom Line on This EzyCourse Review

EzyCourse sells a big feature list at a price that differs from its banner. It can work if the $199+ tiers fit your budget and you need branded apps or native booking today. Budget for the monthly rates, the add-ons, and the email meter. Read the recent reviews about support after purchase.

And if you found their Klasio review first, check the dates. Most of what it says Klasio lacks has shipped since March.

Would you rather pay $49 a month for every feature, or start free and grow into it? Try Klasio free and compare both platforms yourself before you spend a dollar.
