Adding a new instructor is a fundamental part of managing your academy’s staff. In this guide, we’ll show you how you can add an instructor to your online academy in Klasio.
1. From the admin dashboard, go to Instructors under People.

2. Then click Add New Instructor.

3. Here enter the First Name, Last Name of the Instructor. Then enter the email address and hit on generate password.

Alternatively, you can also set a password of your own. In either case, the instructor will receive an email containing the credentials.
4. Next, put in the amount of revenue you want to share with this instructor for the courses they conduct.

5. Finally hit Save.

Once you click Save, the new instructor will receive an email notification with credentials. They can now log in to your academy and access the platform as an instructor.
Note that after a new instructor profile has been created, you can also add more information such as designation, short bio, social links etc. You can find the details of that process in this doc.
