How to Approve Pending Orders

Last updated

Want to see what people have bought from you? It’s important to keep track of your sales.

This guide will show you how to easily find all the details for each order. This helps you keep your business running smoothly.

Here’s how to check your order details:

1. From the admin dashboard, go to Orders>Pending

2. After that, click on the three dots

3. Then, select Approve or Reject based on what you want to do with the order.

Note that, when a customer makes a digital payment (such as Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz, bKash, etc.) from the checkout page, they select a payment method, click Pay Now, and are redirected to the respective payment provider’s page.

At this point, a pending order is created. If the payment is completed successfully, the order status becomes Completed. If the user is redirected back to the checkout or courses page without completing the payment, the order remains Pending.

For manual payments, the student pays first and then submits the payment-related information from the checkout page. A pending order is created after submission. The admin then verifies the payment details.

If the information is correct, the admin approves the order and the student gains access to the product. Order status will become Completed. If the admin isn’t satisfied with the manual payment details, the admin can reject the pending order. Then order status will be Rejected.
