How to Change General Email Details

Keeping your email contact information correct is key for all your communications. When you run your academy, there will be lots of system emails as more and more students join for a course. In Klasio, you can set these details so that your students can easily recognize an email from you.

Here’s how to change general email details:

1. Go to Settings and click General.

2. Under Email Setting you can update From Name, Reply to Name and Reply to Address.

Note that, you should choose From Name and Reply to Name in a manner that’s easy to identify and relate. Preferably, both should be your business name or your name.

And the Reply to Address that you put in should always be active so that if someone replies to an email, it reaches to you. It’s best to use your support email address so that all the email responses land in your support inbox.

3. Hit Save Changes once you’re done.
