How to Change Organization Details in Klasio

Keeping your organization’s information up-to-date in Klasio is important for accurate records and smooth operations. Whether you’ve moved, changed contact details, or updated your name, this guide will show you how to easily change your organization’s details within the platform.

Here’s how to change organization details in Klasio:

1. From the admin dashboard, go to Settings and then click General

2. Under Organization, update your organization name, email, phone number etc.

3. Hit Save Changes once you’re done.

Remember, this information  will appear throughout the website and email communication. So make sure you put in the right information.
