Double opt-in is a two-step email subscription process where a new subscriber must first enter their email on a sign-up form and then click a confirmation link in a follow-up email to verify their consent. This method ensures higher-quality leads and better email deliverability by confirming the subscriber’s interest and filtering out incorrect or fake email addresses.
Here’s how to enable/disable double opt-in for email verification in Klasio:
1. From the admin dashboard, go to “Settings” and click “General.” Then, scroll down to find “Lead Settings.”

2. Under Leads Settings in this drop-down, select whether you want to enable or disable it. Enabling double opt-in will require new leads to confirm their email address via a verification link before they are officially added to your list. Disabling double opt-in will immediately add new leads to your list right after they submit their information, with no confirmation step required.

3. Hit Save Changes once you’re done.
