To connect a different domain, remove the current one first and then add the new one.
- From the admin dashboard, go to Settings and then click Custom Domain.
- Click Change (while the domain is Pending) or Remove (once it is Active).
- In the confirmation box, click Remove.
Your site goes back to its Klasio address right away. You can add a domain again at any time.
Troubleshooting

| “We could not reach your domain yet” | DNS can take up to 24 hours. Use Check DNS propagation, then click Verify domain again. |
| Subdomain stays Pending on Cloudflare | Make sure the CNAME record is set to DNS only (grey cloud), not Proxied. |
| Root domain stays Pending | Make sure both the A and CNAME records are Proxied (orange cloud) and the redirect rule is saved. |
| Root domain shows an SSL or redirect error | In Cloudflare SSL/TLS, set the encryption mode to Full, not Full (Strict). |
| Wrong domain type detected | Click Not right? next to the type, or remove the domain and add it again. |
| Root domain DNS is not on Cloudflare | Use a subdomain instead (any provider works), or move your domain’s DNS to Cloudflare. |
